Listen you are retarded, but as a fellow maya chad I will help you out, just this once:
Xgen like any other hair generator is great, it will definitely create some realistic hair renders for your character, or hair cards for use in game.
Like Ornatrix or any other hair tool its well documented and there's enough youtube tutorials on it.

Xgen is great, free if you have maya, great support, crashes less than Yeti/Ornatrix, use it.
