This is my first post on this board so i apologize in advance if this isn't the right place to ask. Im doing a small project, currently
trying to find the best available video to mocap converter software but given i am quite ignorant in the field i don't really know where to start. I specifically dont want to create videos, but to import them to said software.
Again, sorry for the ignorance and bad wording, any help is appreciated.

I'm loosing my mind here. I've opened an old Blender file from 2-3 months ago and all the "Armature deform" modifiers are now fucked up. I've tried recalculating normals, applying transformation to deltas for everything but It doesn't fix anything. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong, please?

Does Blender 3D support "professional" applications such as Foundry's Katana, Houdini, or even other applications? I'm looking to enter the industry but I prefer Blender's modeling tools over Maya's. I'd like to start using professional "legally obtained" software along side Blender.

To make this I used sketchfab, actor core accurig and cascadeur and cycles and character animation combiner.

How common is to buy 3D models from sketchfab or cgtraders for your own personal and work stuff?
Like buying some parts of diferent models and just kitbhashing a newer model from them?

Well, I looked everywhere and didn't find rips of Warcraft 3 models. Not only that, but I want to 3D print them, and I knew the models would be super optimized and wonky (I was right).
I'm starting with the Moonwell, my question on this one specifically is about those little shrubs on the front. they're done with billboarding on the original... Any suggestions for simple approaches here?
I'm planning on doing the ziggurat next! Let me know which one's yall are interested in, or if anyone's done this before..
