You start out learning art early in life so you study the subject diligently like you have aspirations to become the real deal.
Then you grow old and turn coomer once you already have real skills and don't have to learn anything so you can still operate despite developing a one handed workflow.

Famous mangaka 'Shirow Masamune' is a good case study of how to go about it; Made 'Appleseed' and 'Ghost in the Shell' in his youth before suffering
a severe damage to his endocrine system by falling down a flight of stairs that turned him into a irredeemable a coomer who draws exclusively titties and swol black dudes.

>1995 earthquake killed both his pregnant fiancee and his unborn child driving him to despair
>2011 tsunami destroyed all his physical artwork and possessions, causing him to vow to never draw analog again
Yeah man, happens to everyone.

experience and lot of time
i worked on some models for 3d printing, it was a shit ton of work
something of simillar complexity took me 2 weeks for base model, and a week of preparation and detail work and another week for few variation and cutting up for for test prints
if you wonder how long i have been sculpting in zbrush? 15 years i started when i was 18 or something, so a long time

You become good by getting a job that lets you do this 9 to 5 and that's all you ever will do. Or you can flip burgers at mcdonalds which take considerably less skill to do but outearn the coomer sculptor any day.

Other than the obvious answers, if you were starting from literally nothing you could reach this in under a year of practice. Pirate zbrush and some of the figurine focused courses on coloso (the ones by Wandah are anime focused but the skills still apply). You will need to learn how to pose a base mesh, slap on some hair and clothes, and cut/key the model in preparation for 3D printing. You can get someone else to do the casting or learn yourself if you plan on selling kits at WonFes.

You know why, because mentally ill people need to shame you for liking portraits of femininity that they would never achieve.
