Is it possible to learn how to make animations just by using other people models? I don't want to model my own characters, I just want to learn how to make Anime futa videos. I suck at modeling or drawing, I just like adding props and stuff like that
Should I use MMD or Blender? or fucking Unreal Engine? Where do I get anime models ? Is there a guide? How do I fucking even start

I'm used to Unity where I just add character props to small worlds I make for a little game or small clothes for characters and things like that, It's all the experience I have.
I have modeled houses and rooms with Blender but I suck at it and I think modeling is kinda hard in general, I would not want to create characters on my own at all

Plap animations aren't easy to do with blender if you have multiple characters. You'd have to use the non-intuitive constraint system.
Blender also shoehorns you into doing longer animations (more than 1sec) nondestructive with the NLA sequencer which is a highly technical approach.
Since you already know smutbase you might want to checkout it's older cousin site sfmlab and well sfm.
Source filmmaker is decades old abandonware but doinglow effort smut is the niche it carved out for itself and there's a reason for it.
Animating with SFM is way easier, and it has a straight forward constraint system where you can just drag bones of different characters onto each other to make a connection.
