Current Iteration of Female figure study compared alongside a model produced by the Blender addon MBastioni.
Overall proportions in heads seem to match. Made alterations to neck thickness and the bum area.
Boobs are bigger as I am a raging coomer, the feet one mine still haven't been fixed yet, and the hands have yet to be sculpted as I am a lazy fuck that takes ages to get stuff done...overall I am content with the progress thus far but open to additional input.

Yeah, the shoulders are too wide, even if buffed. Women's shoulder width is tenerally the same as the hip width - which incidentally seems to be a little too narrow - just a hair or so.

Also, female bodybuilders who do get that kind of muscle generally have pretty small tits. So either cut back on the muscles or decrease the boobs.

From what I remember Bastioni (they guy who made the addon) worked on the 'makehuman' program, which is also widely used.
I am well aware that the model I made has inaccuracies, But the point is the learning steps (thanks you to the one who pointed out the Shoulder-hip width for example, that was an actual point made that can be worked upon)

It's not something I would consider good. I'd say its more closer to beginner work. I just looked up his work, jesus christ yeah man don't use this guy. This is seriously beginner level art. Check out someone like Scott Eaton instead. Learn from that guy.

google a female bodybuilder without steroids. this will give you a good 'this is the furthest you can push it' line, and will have defined muscles, from this scale back into a fit/tomboy female with decent boobs, do not model hands or feet on this.

once you can do that, solo model feet and hands.

If you are working in low poly I would put more effort in learning texturing. Just download and modify free base meshes. Human Base meshes are a dime a dozen out there and not that hard to replicate if you absolutely need to model it yourself. what will make you stand out is your textures. learn to do them NOW

Use Subdivision Surface Modifier and the knife tool to add in supporting information, muscle cuts for example, keep it as low poly as possible. I prefer SubD modeling to retopology.
