That is if you are actually good enough - which you aren't, that's why your results still look bad.
You are insane if you think you can become good by just trying a couple of times. Real skill like strong muscles can only be trained over a long period of time - little by little it grows with experience and hard work. There is no shortcut and substitute to getting real skill.
