i want to practice 3D everyday but most days i wake up not knowing what to make in 3D and some days i even skip doing anything because of it

In my case what drives my motivation is know how to do something for my personal projects but as soon as I learn it, I immediately lose interest.

It's frustrating because I'm not finishing most of my projects but the positive thing is that I'm learning a lot.

Then when I'm tired I save something to learn for tomorrow and start the cycle again to be motivated.

I have longer projects I work on then a giant list of characters I like to practice sculpting on in the interim, the big projects are what you learn new techniques on and the smaller sculpts are to work on refining and practicing what I already know.

Keep a big list on a notepad file of characters and concepts you like and just add to it whenever you think of one it'll add up much faster than you're able to complete them.

I go outside and look at things, the ideas come easy. Then I come home, sit behind PC and google "sweaty tits cum anal gape" and everything is ruined

2Dartlet here, can I do something like that image in Blender if all I want right now is model bodies and maybe render some lighting on them for art reference, or am I better off with Zbrush or whatever shit?
The reason I mentioned Blender first is because it seems a hundred times easier to control and learn if you're a retard like me. I don't know why they went with such a special snowflake interface and controls for Zbrush

OP pic is blender.

I'd still rec zbrush if you're serious but you can fuck around in blender for a few months before moving to zbrush once you're serious, no problem.

think of an urban scene (can be exterior or interior) and then model it

ideas for what to model will be in the scene

for example, an alley between two large buildings in a city. things you'll see: ladder, dumpster, trash can, locked bicycle, litter like paper and cans, posters, neon signs, windows, brick, laundry hanging out to dry, roach(es), rat(s), and so on

Ironic. You're the one asking for "ideas" on shit to model like you have an acorn for a brain. You dont even know what or why you want to model. Fucking ameoba.

when you think of stuff to make, write it down. then when you wake up you have a list to work off.

zbrush is both easy and retarded.

typically you use maybe 20 tools and they can all be placed wherever you want, this is a plus

the negative is creating new terms for what already exists, having 3 different ways to save something and all but 1 fucks you hard, so if you try to find what you want and you know what its called, you are fucked, but that makes it infinitely harder for someone who doesn't know the terms they need to look for in the first place.

blender will get you where you want to go, sculpting will be fine, you may have to adjust how you model something due to performance reasons, but you can do fairly high res with it with little issue.
