Probably not an answer you were expecting, but there's an app on the Play Store called "Human Anatomy Atlas" which is technically just a Unity game, and thus the whole thing can be ripped with a tool like AssetStudio.
Everything works basically flawlessly, the models are ridiculously detailed down to individual veins and lymph nodes, and resolution of the meshes and the textures is fairly decent. Pirate the APK from somewhere (it's the first result on Google), export the whole thing as a merged FBX, clean it up in your favorite DCC and you're done. I doubt you'll find anything better with corporate models in the $3000 range.
