If you wanna understand how to make finished content for film or games you need to understand how to operate a content creation suite like max/maya/blender.

Zbrush is more like a artists blank canvas for shapes, to operate it you need the same artistic skills you need in drawing sculpting or modelling. But it wont teach you how to actually make finished content that is usable. You can be a master of Zbrush and know near jack shit about 3D graphics in general, same as you could be a master sculptor in traditional media and know nothing about computer graphics.
