hey bros im gonna give my first university guest lecture on 3d model/texture pipeline as an industry '''''''expert''''''' in my small town, i have 3 years exp working in modeling/texturing so i have more experience than the student ofc. anyhow whatever, does anyone have resources for giving a good one off lecture for this? my current plan is to screen record the process, cut up the video into separate files for each part of the pipeline and talk the class through whats going on and the key things to take care of / keep in mind.

I would consider being less technical (the actual process of making the things themselves is really readily available information) and perhaps focus on how that works in context within a studio environment, who gives you the jobs, who is evaluating them, how things change, when have you needed to modify things, pitfalls not to fall into.

Theres some talks on youtube about this already. Just follow what they do. Blur studios are always fun to watch
