The perspective is 'isometric 3D'. Architecture is that of medieval islamic military structures. Al-Ikhadir Fortress and the Hulbuk Citadel comes to mind

this is specialized software to do this kind of isometric art, you could just learn to do this with iso camera and low poly bevely shit on any 3d software

Mesopotamic architecture have slanted walls, those look super straight. If it's supposed to be mesopotamian in whatever that is from it is very misrepresented.
