there is:
cgpeers - site on the pic, filled with torrent links. invite only
cgpersia (forum) - forum filled with both download links and talks about CG in general. Sometimes they post stuff that isnt on cgpeers, but nothing major. invite only
cgpeers (site) - they post some stuff from previous 2 sites here. hostings they choose restrict download speed not to mention there is a lot less stuff here so its not ideal, but hey, its free.
I bought a cgpeers and cgpersia account around 3 months ago for 50€ total (15 for peers and 35 for persia, in hindsight the persia acc was worthless as peers has everything I need)

there aren't any premium "torrent" accounts, you are confusing torrent with filehosting. torrent means that there are bunch of guys with files on their PCs uploading (seeding) the torrent to guys who want to download (leeching) it. Filehosts that try to force you to buy a premium account to gain better diwnload speed are a jewish shit, not worth it. If you want to spend money, buy a CGP account

I'm not sure if this is "advertising" and jannies will ban me for that, but I bought mine on invitehawk. Originally I wanted to buy from the site devs themselves, but after creating a thread there asking for some questions a guy PM'd me with a lower price. This, of course, has a higher chance of being a scam so I wasn't sure, but he had a pretty decent looking selling page on the forum (very important, don't trade if they don't have it) so I believed him. I gave him a 50€ gift card per email, he sent me back peers invite & persia forum account few minutes later.
