body topology is mostly sound
clothes are wayyy too thick, the top has very jagged edges that make the whole piece look lower quality.
the eye sockets protrude in a really uncanny way, look into how other stylized anime models do the eyes, they're mostly flush with the face and the iris is deeper inside of the eye-hole.
hair topology is an issue for any practical use, but the shape is good enough for a "render"

please set the roughness of the materials to 1, then use emission with the same colours as the materials to give it flat shading. texturing it would produce higher quality results, but even just a slightly lighter face material, & slightly darker material for the inside of the hair would make your model look a lot better.

Yo it looks better than anything I have done so far but I hand paint my stuff. I guess I have several questions for everyone here.

1. Do you use "toon shader"
2. How many textures are you using here and what resolution
3. How high poly is this
4. I assume this isn't cloth simulator, I also assume cloth sim is more system heavy

toon shaders make these models look way better.

if you want to improve anime 3d you should invest a large amount of time in making heads with decent eyes and hair models and then just find a base mesh to graft it onto.

Make or use one of the good cell shaded / NPR shaders, animu characters always look like crap if you try to add any realistic lighting to them because real lighting (with soft shadows, contact shadows, etc) really highlight the lack of details in the face and body

Face needs some work, and the shirt's too tight. Needs to be baggier, looser. Generally speaking, the features of the face are off, from the eyebrows, eyes, sharpness of the ears, and general shape of the head.

Still kind of early to say. Good luck with the fang since it seems to alternate between being on her lip and being with the rest of her teeth. Also, it might be the angle of the picture, but her eyelashes may need to be a bit thicker as well.

Alright, anon. Let's study how other people make their models for a moment and see if some techniques can be applied to future projects. I'll reference the channel linked in >>846754
I don't know what techniques you currently use, but there are ways to get the proportions more accurate. Look at the beginning of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4az4wdNmbAA
Put simply, load in a picture (preferably official work) and try to match it when you model. I'm not saying you have to draw lines and slowly model the face like in the video, although it may be good to learn in the future. You could drop in a sphere or cube and go from there. I got pic related for you if you want to try that, but maybe you'll have better luck watching an episode and getting a better picture.
There's a lot to work on, but this is a good place to start.
