It'd probably be easier to list what isn't wrong with it.

Whoever did this animation has no concept of spacing and parts speeds up and slow down from one frame to the other.
Limbs alter shapes and foreshorten incorrectly between frames, swings of arms and legs are out of sync and the follow thru isn't there.
arm and forelimb counterotates against one another in a very unnatural motion, the character is wobbling all over the place and not walking in straight trajectory.

It looks like an early naive animation attempt from someone who's attempting to reinvent animation in isolation.
I'd guess someone who never studied what's collectively known about the topic and just tried to animate something did this.

Google 'the 12 principles of animation' study them and proceed to incorporate those into your workflow as instructed.
If you don't see any improvement after doing this for 30 days you need a new brain.

He has posted some videos from his YT channel and Twitter, thus we know the name. If you browse the catalog a bit you'll notice he makes like 10 threads a week exactly like this one, with the same question, over and over and over again. Kinda sad, really. But I've gotta say, /3/ had many schizos coming and going, but this one is one of the most annoying ones. Not even fun to read his ramblings.
