"Designing" something like that takes so little effort I would be embarrassed to accept payment for it.
You are paying me not for the design at that point you are paying me for bothering me to do such a menial task.

I'd charge you for 1h of my time even tho it'd only take a fraction of that, plus some extra so you seek out someone else next you wanna do something like that.

This is the kinda thing I'd do for a friend saying like "buy a beer".

But I try to avoid picking up such work regardless as I feel a lot of people who know artists bother them for doing small shit like this for them all the time.
It kinda devalues the craft when lot of people try to bother you to make art for them on the cheap.
Paying you off the books and such, instead of going onto the market and hiring a commercial artist.

I stopped doing favors like that for friends telling them to hire someone in the profession as it is real work they are trying to undercut.
