Looks like delicious jelly, I'd eat it.
But generally, coffee isn't as see-through as it looks in your cup. You wouldn't see that line from the glass at the top.
Also, maybe you could adjust the colour of the substance a bit? But idk. Maybe look at coffee.

coffee is not opaque, it should not be uniformly black right to the edge of the cup.

go make a cup of coffee and pour it into a clear glass and drink some of it and look at the edge where the coffee meets the glass. Not opaque.

dont think youd see that much condensation even in a glass cup, and it lacks humid gas or anything so it just looks like you sprayed water on it. the glass looks too rough. im not sure if im describing it correctly but coffee has this type of viscosity to it near the top (im sure it depends on the coffee) but this picture lacks it. good effort
