You fucking better have learned from this.

What a load of bullshit drivel and coming from a phonefag screenshot no less.
The solution is not to do frantically cling to nofap memes, the solution is to fill the time you'd usually spend fapping with things worthwhile. If you're too busy and later too exhausted to fap you'll naturally stop doing it all the fucking time and having one or two per week is no big deal at all.

Imagine.... IMAGINE .... BEING addicted to jerking off. LMAO

I mean it makes sense.
>edging feels good
>gives you a big high (for a couple seconds) at the end
>$0 pricetag
But in some way it is even worse than gambling or alcohol because it literally robs you of lifetime if you're addicted to edging which can easily take hours per session. The occasional fap for 10 minutes is nothing, the hours long edging which it may lead to is the big problem.

Oh buddy , I edge- But my chase is not sinful. I edge on knowledge and learning. I look forward to The Big Release of happiness when I solve the problems in front of me. I reach that sweet ecstasy when my hard work pays off- The road paves itself when you become conditioned to enjoy the sweet journey

What are some examples of things you find worthwhile?

>>850270
What kinds of projects have you applied your knowledge on? What are some accomplishments that made you feel good? Whenever I accomplish something I used to really want to do I either feel mild dissatisfaction or nothing at all.

Maintaining/improving your health, engaging in a cool hobby that improves your morale, maybe even something like drawing/painting, learning a new thing here and there, maybe even learning to play an instrument etc.
Not saying this from a high horse, just saying it because I'm currently trying to get out of shit and all these points are working for me so far. Maybe for you too.

>spend all night working on /3/
>don't feel the need to seed
It's almost like having work that you like doing keeps you from being a degenerate coomer.
All those people weren't lying when they said that "Idle hands are the devil's plaything".

Not that I'm without sin.

At one point I failed an entire semester of college just because I would spend all night fapping to my modded Skyrim; which would lead to not going to sleep and skipping classes, and not keeping up with my work.
It eventually got so bad I started working on my own mods, and jumped into 3d.
Ironically enough, the more time I spent working on the mods and 3d, the less time I spent jerking off. Eventually I just stopped working on it, and did 3d for my own fun.
Fast forward a few years, and now I make a decent living doing freelance 3d. I still coom from time to time, but not as much or as long.

so yeah, tl:dr - find a hobby and stick with it. People jerk off incessantly when they don't feel fulfilled with their lives, but when they find something they enjoy doing, that tends to "fill the hole" (heh) in a way that is a lot more healthy and productive.

Any specific cool hobbies that you do? What new things have you learned recently? I do occasionally draw, and I am also trying to get out like you are.

Currently building a nice mountainbike from scratch (using second hand and some new parts) for some outdoor stuff I'm planning to do and future trips in the countryside. Trying to shift more from sitting at the desk to outdoor hobby shit. Learning wise - Programming. Sure, sounds contradictory at first but I also building the road trip computer myself (it is mostly combining, editing and applying program libraries but while doing that you still learn programming by doing) and learning basic programming skills can't hurt especially since it's another area I'm interested in.

On top of it, thanks to modern technology you can still learn while being outside or even camping.
