How the fuck do you manage work balance, I've been working from 9 in the morning to 1-4 am the last week or two to get shit ready in time, I haven't had time for working out or anything and I feel like shit

80/20 rule (in some extreme cases the 90/10 rule)
This dictates, mathematically, that no matter the number of employees only 20% do any work while the remaining 80% are redundant. This doesn't mean that if you fire the 80% you end up with an 100% efficient workforce. If you fire the 80% you'll end up with the same 80/20 ratio out of the remaining 20%. So, for example, if you want to start an animation studio and have 20 animators work for you then your total number of employees must be 100.
This is just how the world works.
