hello /3/ any tips deciding the amount of distance or the exact position, frame by frame of a rig when animating? like x amount for walking, or sneaking or so on so forth

you mean like copying a reference video?
Usually a good animation comes down to 2D animation fundamentals and reference.
You dont need to trace the XYZ position on every frame unless you're rotoscoping I guess.
