No but seriously, it is never "time" to quit something. You have to know your priorities, you could work on 3d stuff as a hobby until you get efficient and then work with it. If you are not interested in working in 3d then even better you can absolutely do shit art for the rest of your life and still be better that 90% of this board just for the sake of keeping at it.
