๐Ÿงต How do I hire people

Anonymous No. 853453

i made it in crypto and now have fu money to develop the fps game i've always wanted to play. I found this site called laborx and after posting a listing i received a reply within minutes. Not sure about the quality i will be getting but i know if look hard enough i will find someone competent i can work with. Do you guys know of any other ways to hire people specifically with crypto?

cock.li
I don't know really, everything is shit. But cock.li is at least honest and 4chan-grown (can be considered a downside). Can't be really used for anything "serious" with its domain names though.

So let me get this straight...

>i made it in crypto and now have fuck you money
You got rich off crypto and now you have enough money to fund an entire videogame project by yourself. Yeah sure.

>Do you guys know of any other ways to hire people specifically with crypto?
You want to hire people paying them with crypto cash and not real money.
At the same time you're so concerned with privacy, by posting this on 4chan and not wanting to pay your workers with real cash, you also seem spooked by an email adress.

Sorry but i just don't believe it. You're either bluffing just for laughs, intentionally lying just to scam people with crypto, or you actually got rich off crypto but you are deranged enough to think funding a videogame by yourself is a good idea, especially with the quality standards you're aiming for.

I'll go with the first hypothesis. But just warning beforehand, your game will never exist.

Group of friends and I are working together on a space shooter for our first PC game. Leader even has the business registered. We haven't opened a patreon yet, as we want to launch a finished game for steam to prove that we can actually finish something. I've been burned too many times on Patreon and Kickstarter for shitty dev groups that abandon their product or go full Hollywood (MN9), destroying their game.

If our second game is interesting to you, wanna sponsor us on our next game when its done? Or hell, throw enough money and we'll work on your idea.

If you can produce AAA quality, i want to work with you. But i'm not looking to join anyone else's project. This game is intended to be the spiritual successor to Red Orchestra 2. If that sounds like something you would be interested in: wizard.portal.369 @ gmail

I would recommend doing what these guys are doing, offer early access and in exchange you can get a lot of play testers : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpm1KPvlH9s

Oh shi- we're literal beginners using shit like blender. Won't waste your time, but when we get to that level, I'll be sure to reach out to you. You'll prolly see me post webm's in the one of the sharing threads here. look for the cute spaceship with a star.

Good luck though on your hunt! If you remember, would you come back and share what it was like hiring software devs and keeping them from jumping ship? That has been one of our greatest hurdles working with no pay and commission only at end.

Fps? Just downloadunity and buy assets, any retard that can code can make a game without touching anything, once you have the gameplay invest on the graphics

Dumb people getting lucky on off-hand purchases of crypto is too common, it might be real. All this suggests is that, given how little value has actually been created with the current pyramid structure of crypto "wealth", a valuation correction for these things is on the horizon.

Yeah I thought that when bitcoin reached $100 and again at $1000 and again at $10000. I've given in. I'm making money if bitcoin reaches $100k
