The model is decent enough, but find an art style first. The leotard is textured realistically but everything else is cartoony. Realistic or cartoony, do research on the materials you want to recreate, and learn how to create the shaders needed to do so.

no, you need to finish the sculpt before even thinking about that, and you're maybe 10% there. what you have produced isn't completely off, but it simply is nothing more than a very vague, rough mockup. the proportions are not horrible, but texturing and adding hair will not end up looking good, no matter what you're aiming for.

and that's the point: what ARE you aiming for? i can't tell if you're going for a realistic sculpt, an anime character or a pixar-like-figure. because it's not a finished sculpt.
