It's mostly static images and 2D After Effects animation, so a day or two if you're determined enough and have the stock photos ready.

Why does it fucking matter? It takes how long it takes. It could take 3 days, 3 months or 3 years. Even then, if you did it yourself it would take a completely different amount of time since you have a certain skill level, work at a different pace, and you're not replicating the project exactly.
These types of questions are as useful and pertinent as a noob asking what software a pro uses like it'll somehow make you able to work at that level just because you use the same software.
It's just a pointless question. Just fucking do it and stop looking for answers as a way of procrastinating or setting yourself up for failure.

If you're just gonna copy it, probably a week tops if you already know the tools you'll use.
However to create it from scratch you gotta first plan and design it, that takes much much longer.
