Adding onto this, here's some specific feedback:
Try touching it up by hand to look more handmade if you don't already. Like >>859346 has said, the polygons are very clear. Try rounding the polygons out. Touch up the shading too, the shading also really gives it away. Yes, fixing it up by hand is time-consuming and kind of defeats the point, but if you want your art to look the best it can then you have to put in the effort. Don't get me wrong, I think it looks very good, but it's very obvious that it's a 3D model just from the shading and the sharp polygons.

Besides, is for a game, and I cant spend days on every sprite when I need to finish all my game assets.
