Anyone else having trouble finding help with 3D projects? I'm struggling to find decent graduate/under grad polygonal modelers. I give them an art test, usually rather simple things, boxy, like a cisco switch, but it seems everyone I find needs to be re-taught how to model. After they commit, I invest 30+ hours re-learning them, they are suddenly worth more than I can pay them. Loosing my investment in time. Am I paying them too much to start? What's the deal? Where are the basement dwellers (Like I was in my college years) that want to make some weekend cash. Curious if anyone else out there has experienced this..

Fuck you Mike. Basement dwellers have gotten wiser since everyone tell them not to join unpaid/clout/part of profit later type projects.
If you can't fund whatever Mickey Mouse operation you got going you're not a producer and therefore nobody should work on your project.

They're on fiverr and they're indian.
Anyway go to Deviantart and find someone whose models look nice (and they made them themselves; not XNALARA rips or something) and commission them.
