I've used this program for 15 hours, but I still feel lost. I can make poses, but animating them tedious, and the end resalt is ugly.
So, my question is how did you get good?
Also, why are the Overwatch Porn animaters so good at using this program? How? Why?

instead of spending 15 hours, try spending 1500

In 3d, you have to work pose to pose. Work on
1. Block out and set your animation in key poses. Make them good.
2. Play your animation in constant/binary first. It will look choppy
3. After you set your keys, you go into Bezier mode.
4. Correct/Polish your motion using the graph editor. Isolate your channels depending on what you're working on.

>and the end resalt is ugly.
its problably two things composition and lighting
composition is just like were to put the objects and people in a image in a way that looks good some basic stuff to improve your composition is just remembering a rule called the rule of thirds , try to imagine your image to be divided with 3 by 3 lines , try to put the important parts people are supposed to see inside those lines.
lighting is just lighting the character . some ways of having basic lighting is with the basic 3 light set up , just remember that the characters most have 3 of this lights
key:
is a strong light infront of the character , generally close to the middle of their face
rim: light behind the character to give them at outline and separate them from the background
fill: fills the shadow e spots those other lights could not , fill lights are generally not very bright.
