I remember years ago I tried to make some graphic design work there mostly as a practice. I cringe a bit when those nooby designs come to my mind, but it wasn’t that bad for a beginner, especially when compared to what most of indian bidders put out. Then clients decided to rate everyone badly and accept one of the shittiest designs, but sometimes they didn’t even choose anyone and just made everyone waste their time. Good times. Made me hate freelance work from that day.

I actually do freelance now as a 3d artist, but it’s kinda fixed to a handful of professional studios, so it’s a different story. There is no way I would accept work from random normie clients.

The client should fund first (put money in the project) then you start working. After you finish you send files he sends money
I have never got scammed desu
-Dont work if he doesnt fund
-you have to help fix small problems with the model even after you are paid, its stated in the agreement, ut that rarely happens
