Close to complete replacement, with the head and body shape staying intact.
Genesis 8.1 Female base model. Far better topology, better UVs. A lot of possibilities to reshape and improve, even after the export to Maya.
Rigging and weighting gets entirely redone, all done with standard tools, no plugins.
Redoing all the shaders for either Arnold or V-Ray. Probably redoing maps in higher res.
4k doesn't cut it anymore in closeups so 8k it is.
I really want to tackle better hair....not much experience with that.

Yeah, that will keep me busy throughout december...
