๐Ÿงต Any good Youtube course on Blender modeling?

Anonymous No. 863793

Zbrush sculptor here. As of late I've been wanting to pursue the anime-aesthetics dream, but I've realized I need floating geometry and some other non-sculptural modelling techniques. So... any good videos on youtube to get started with those techniques?

And before any of you mention it, yes I know floating geometry can also be created in Zbrush with the Zmodeller but Zmodeller is uncomfortable to work with. I already got the basics of Edit mode in Blender, but I want to go deeper than that. I already know a lot of the basics in Blender, namely shading and creating procedural materials, but I've never until a few hours ago hopped into the rabbit hole of vertex modelling. Help me out /3/ frens.

There's this thing called the "search bar" on most websites today. So on YouTube for example, when you want to discover videos you've never seen before you can actually use it to find this type of content. How you might ask? Well, you can very simply click on the search "field" with your "mouse" and use your "keyboard" to type out keywords or even phrases which will allow you to find these types of videos. In your specific case, you could probably input something similar to "blender modelling", "vertex modelling tutorial blender" or "how to kill myself" and an entire library of content will show up, likely more than you could actually finish. Don't let that discourage you though, YouTube is a very robust platform and you have the ability to fish through videos at your own pace and even save them to a playlist! Overall, I'm convinced that this would be a fantastic tool for you to use instead of you wasting my bandwidth with a shit thread that already has an obvious answer. Have fun!

This might have worked back in the <2010s. Today, the internet is full of shit because it's mainstream. Answer the gentleman, otherwise the door is over there.
