nah I barely know anything with 3DCG. I just fused together the body of an NSFW model with the head of the player's mom (scaled the body to roughly fit the original mom bod)

There's a lot more to it than just hacking a head onto a body. You have to rig the model (ideally using the original rig from the game model) so that it can move and be animated in the game using the already existing animations. You need to make sure the UVs and textures all line up correctly, especially since the face textures are how the face is animated in game like this. You'll also need to replace the body textures (of course).

Basically, if you thought you could just plug this model in and that would be it, you're in for a rude awakening.

That having been said, you definitely chose a good body model to headhack onto. That's some grade-A MILF going on there. I will suggest, however, since you're not going to use a lot of the details and polys in the hands, legs, feet, and pussy, that you reduce them. You don't need to have the fingernails/toenails so detailed, it's easier to just handle that in the texture. If you're just doing a swap for the character in the game, then the geometry for her pussy isn't going to be used at all, so it's just a waste of space and computing power. Better to just have the geometry for the labia, and just paint it to look like there's more there than really is.

The .obj I extracted didn't have any skeleton associated with it. At best, I'm expecting the game to apply the original rig to this model with less-than-optimum results. What's more likely to happen is her A-posing like this with dislocated textures. But I'm perfectly okay with that for right now because I'm trying to verify my work one step at a time. I want to make sure I can load a custom mesh into a Unity game before I attempt to touch the rig or textures.
I chose Midoriya's mom from MHA on Smutbase. Scaled the body horizontally a bit to fit Johanna's body more closely (breasts are still too big, I was looking more at the ass)

The game won't just apply a rig. You may have extracted an OBJ, but I guarantee the game was storing it as an FBX or other proprietary format that also had rigging information. You can't throw a completely different mesh in and assume it'll work: the mesh MUST be rigged to a skeleton beforehand, because the number and location of vertices are not identical to the mesh you're replacing.

How did you extract the original mesh? Whatever software it was, check to see if you have the option to extract to FBX or DAE or something that will preserve rigging information. OBJ doesn't, it can only store vertex, poly, UV, and normal data.
