Of course Houdini wins, there's a reason it's industry standard for procgen visual effects.

>Houdini wins.

I've taken to seeing Houdini as a complementary software rather than a direct competitor to other DCCs. I primarily use Unreal Engine and Blender but I want to add Houdini to my pipeline and take advantage of its procedural tools.

TRUMP BLENDLETS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF VEX

It never had any real competition in its field.
Proceduralism? Simulations? What else is there on Houdini's level?

This post doesn't make sense. Houdini is already among the leading software for 3D.

Imagine spending 1 hour coding a procedural donut when you can sculpt it in 5 minutes using Zbrush and make it look far more organic and thus realistic. I guess this is the fate of autistic fucks who can't sculpt.

1 button click = how ever many donuts you're willing to wait for, all generated and saved to disk.
changing the alpha/vdm and sweeping sounds like several clicks per donut.
