Not the anon you asked, but let me just chime in and say that there is a fine line between stealing and being inspired.
I personally wouldn't "steal" since I am not a totally bad concept artist myself and I feel motivated to create my own stuff, but taking inspiration is totally ok and in most production cases a necessity.
On the other hand, many concept artist don't mind and even encourage you to adapt their concepts, all you have to do is ask nicely.
Many of them (2D concept artists especially) will be actually happy if you transform their 2D concepts into a fully fleshed out 3D version.
