I'm looking to upgrade my average gayman PC with a 1660 super and 3500x Ryzen proc.
I also make coomer animations on the side but they're usually short and simple at 2k resolutions w/ EEVEE. I'd like to make better quality videos with cycles using realtime lighting and better volumetrics and preferably at 4k too.
Would a RTX 3070 be alright for rendering a 10 second(300 frame video) video at 4k without it taking hours for example?

Even ryzen 5800x and 3090 won't be enough to make 4k animations in less than 5 minutes.
That's why there's specific workstation hardware like Nvidia Quadro for studio standard 3D work
