When I build the physics on my MMD model in Blender, the part of its bosom and its skirt go floating instead of hanging. Help.

clearly collisions, open the rigid bodies tab on your plugin and there's probably settings for it
if you want a more definitive answer look for some blender MMD tutorials or something
