How hard it to land a good remote job in the industry?

Anonymous No. 865851

>Salary: $35'000/yr
>Contract type: 3 months rolling

None of the people I worked with and who I know work would check all these requirements, other than the "soft skills", which are bogus requirements anyway, literally just a lot of words to say "don't be a lazy piece of shit diva software fanboy"

This job posting literally wants 6 seniors in 1 person. Modeller, animator, texture artist, lighter, fx artist, tech artist.
If such a unicorn existed they better be ready to make them staff on day 1 and pay them a neurosurgeon's salary.

Yeah it's kinda ridiculous when they ask you to be a compositor,3d modeling, animators, partical specialist, editor, texturing and light and shading professional + you have to code goy.
And fully experienced in Adobe suite.

>Unity shader experience
they might as well have just said "Cycles shader experience" and the blendlets would've wet their panties.
PBR shaders are all the goddamn same.
