they get exactly the same amount of money whether you pirate it before purchase or use coremini until purchase, I and many others pirated zbrush before taking the paid pill to not bother with that shit anymore and get the updates faster.

I simply cannot imagine using any version of zbrush below the primo one, core doesn't even have UVs.

I wish they'd let us pay for a perpetual license in installments. Maybe it's because I was a poorfag for a long time, but dropping $900 all at once makes it hard to pull the trigger.
