I sort of messed up my modular walls without planning ahead about a proper corner pillar or something that connects two adjacent walls with plasters on them. I'm going to use them in my game in Unity so would there be issues if I baked lighting with overlapping meshes like this?

nvm i fixed it ! I had to bridge two edge loops with a common vertex!

intersecting meshes are generally fine but meshes where polygons exist in the exact same plane like for instance on top of your wood trim list there you will end up with Z-fighting where it'll flicker wildly which polygon is visible from frame to frame.
