i suggest you watch a video where it shows you the basics, high poly to low poly workflow because if you import a model with 3mil poly into substance its gonna either not work or work very slowly

unwrap it in zbrush beforehand using uv master

if it doesn't work, zremesh it, unwrap it, and project detail

bro don't import directly from zbrush, it probably has millions of polys and no uvs which now substance is trying to create but struggling because of the high polycount
