HS isn't much more than manipulating basic shapes.

Organic modeling is harder, but has become much more accessible since zbrush was introduced ( then mudbox, 3dcoat, blender, mudbox etc).

When sculpting became more accessible, everyone created the same thing; some form of "alien head".
