can i get some sort of tutorial that is even moderately resemble this guy?

the vector is crazy fun while the realism is also there... like looking the correct way to draw translucency, reflectiveness based on light source and object position and the refraction index...
between pulling lines in drafting and then putting rightest, most realistic color of each and evwry segment of the objects in the painting...

Hey man, i love Panamaman's work and used to play S4League to death. His artstyle is super cool. I think he was more a concept artist more than actual 3d modeller. I tried making something like his style, but i was never really good at texture painting. Maybe you could try to search the internet for some character models from S4League and study their texture work and wireframes. Attached is the wip model i tried to do... i know its really bad
