i've been using blender for about 4 months on linux and every since it kept crashing when I: a) sculpted high resolution meshes, b) imported large models and c) wanted to view assets in 8k textures. it's not like the models i imported were insanely large, they should have loaded. I never had this problem on windows and I really don't understand why when blender has complex tasks it just disappears like nothing...

the problem is not in blender its in linux ive ran blender on windows it worked fine. what are ur thoughts on linux

yeah technically it can run on linux, but no one guarantees that it will run as smooth as on windows
