Anonymous at Thu, 3 Feb 2022 19:56:13 UTC No. 879910
Wise men think of causes that are responsible for pain and resort to ways and means that avoid pain.
I went from 24/24 pain ,can't even use my right arm to no pain at all.
Con: you aim like shit in fps for 1 week, mouse is too small.

wacom tablet for 95 % of tasks
frequent breaks, stretching legs for a couple minutes every half hour or so (I use RSI Guard for this)
strength exercise (mostly weights)
pen for smartphone (using the index/thumb really fucks you, avoid it)
tried trackballs, not helpful enough for me. still have to try split keyboards

So what's funny is when I write, I prefer to use that kind of keyboard. I was given one as a hand-me-down from a friend. I've used that for maybe over 8 years now and I love using it just for that. I use a regular keyboard and mouse for everything else though. The key is really to do stretches and take at least 5-10 minute breaks now and again. Never had a problem.

1) You should use a cushion.
2) You should take 10 min breaks every hour
3) You should do exercises in those breaks

this, also, start doing exercise, like pushups and pullups, this will give you strength on your hands and forearms.
maybe it will help you stop being a faggot too
