I'm looking for some anatomy help on this lizardman. Anatomy isn't my strongsuit but I want to make sure I have a solid foundation to work off before I move on. I'm especially hesitant with the digitigrade legs, but any advice would be very helpful.

i too face shitty anatomy problems, my best bet would be to look at some books first (they're probably all in librarygenesis, google it)

Get anatomy for sculptors, it has helped me a LOT with my anatomy

Get references but also learn a bit more anatomy, considering it is a humanoid you can part from a muscular human shape.

my two points would be that the feet feel a little too "chunky" they seem to kind of burst out the leg drastically, the other thing is that the tail is a continuation of the spine, it should be coming out lower than where it is now

I'm not saying that you need to make the feet look like actual lizard feet, it's clear you are trying to make the hands and feet match, but look the proportions on lizards.
komodos are a good example of a heavy lizard and their ankles are almost skinnier than their calf.

digitigrade legs also need leverage points of muscles to attach to, the larger an area for muscle to grab onto, the more force they can apply.

I just figured out what's bothering me about the feet, there really aren't any examples of feet that wide in proportion to the leg in nature unless you're as heavy as an elephant, or living in sand/snow like a camel.

fast moving animals usually have thinner feet, and if it's a digitigrade the feet also tend to be short in length as well since only the metatarsals are actually touching the ground, the metapodia are now the "third" section of the leg.
ostrich feet are a good example of weird evolution specifically for speed, they've already lost one toe since being a fast biped requires better clearance between the legs allowing the feet to land more in line with each other.

Learn human anatomy first. Get it down really good, and really solid.
Then learn lizard anatomy. Most of the muscles and bone structures are analogous to humans, so this part is easier.
Then use that knowledge to fix your lizardman.

Step 1 to being a good 3D artist of any animal: Learn human anatomy, and practice that knowledge every day.
