Pixologic has a tutorial on this and on many other functions but you get to the same place by trying it on your own

1. have donor subtool ready, crtl+click history on the timeline (usually dynamesh sketch) 2. Zremesh set to desired to lowest subdivision resolution 3. Lower the adaptive resolution determines how parallel the quads will be at the sacrifice of overblowing your desired resolution count. 3. If satisfied with the result, project and subdivide each step repeat until matches what you had before, continue sculpting otherwise options:
1a. polypaint density in problem areas (if character head mesh for example this will be around orifices)
1b. use topology guide brush
continue from step 2 with respective options active.
Continue your sculpt until ready for manual retopology in preferred program (maya, blender, topogun etc) if you actually care for deforming this later.
