it looks ok. i'm proud since it's the first thing i'd say looks good enough. sculpting a head and face is a totally different story though
where do i go from here

It's good to make a base mesh of the body to carve out of/build from.
If this is your first sculpt, don't worry about making a full character from what you have here unless you really want to.
Some bits are a tad off but this is an amazing start.
Generally just keep sculpting. Once your comfortable with your tools, try planning some intention in your sculpting preemptively, that's when real art happens.

It was also full body. I still use that mesh for some things sometimes.
