I'm losing my fucking mind. Please help me. Long story short I am trying to create an internal helical gear using gear trax , the solidworks model is produced in grey on the right and I have no idea why it looks like that

this ui looks like the devs of factorio took hard drugs and shut themselves out from the rest of the world for a month

Firstly, the pitch is all fucked up.
Pick a module and diameter that fits or it won't work and interfere.

Theres nothing wrong with the UI if you're not an aesthetic only sperg. Building engineering models isn't glamorous or anything, it's shit that's supposed to work irl.

Your pinion gear has only 10 teeth which is not the best on it's own.
And similarly it appears that module 10 and 20 teeth for external gear also doesn't play well together. With more teeth (either smaller module or larger diameter), you will fix error number 19, and probably also problem with 3d model.
I'm not sure how that will work with your design.
Maybe you will need to consider profile shifted gears?

I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to either of you, I had to create a gear for my project and when discussing with my professor ,he was the one that told me to use a module of 10 and 20 teeth for my gear and I simply accepted that. I could not understand why there was an issue because i couldnt manually change the base diameter in the software.

All i had to do was increase the number of teeth
