Im trying to do this type of traingular hole while sculpting on blender but no matter what i do, is not closer to this.
anyone who can provide me some help?

1. Add it during the retopo step, much easier to achieve this shape by pulling verts than sculpting
2. Make an alpha and stamp it like zbrush, if blender has this

do you need actual mesh for it?

If you do (for some reason)
Do this when doing retopo:
- make control loops around it in a circular manner, leave enough space between the loop and the hole.
- the corners of the shape should have 5 sided poles or vertices with an edge dividing the corner in 2 inside the hole.
- those edges should make a loop inside the hole to keep the sape, you can add control loops to make it sharper if you want.
If you already did all this but still looks bad then I don't know.

I'm a noob so I don't really know, but why can't you just smash in a triangle with a boolean operation?
