Why is Adobe trying to turn Substance Designer into a 3D Modeling & Sculpting software?
Anonymous at Sun, 27 Mar 2022 00:24:56 UTC No. 888627
They always wanted their own 3d software, but spent too much time fucking around. They killed mixamo for its autorigger but abandoned that. And autodesk already bought mudbox. Painter was their only option

They're already developing a dedicated modeling application. It's in private beta but you can apply to join.

Retards try to enter market they have no clue about and don't do enough to deliver a competent product. Money wasted. Many such cases.
