Explain this shit to me, I'm at a loss.
It's not just that, I also have eyes that are perfect spheres, bones perfectly centered inside but when I rotate them the spheres get deformed. For the teeth I can somewhat understand, the weight painting may have flaws, but the eyes are 100% red and as I said it's just a fucking sphere.

100% red doesn't mean there aren't other bones affecting those verts since blender's auto-normalize is incredibly shit.
it's possible to have multiple bones with a 1.0 influence over a vert, then when it comes time to deform that vert blender normalizes these weights back to a 0-1 range silently.
If you've got two bones with a 1.0 influence over a vert they will behave as if they are only painted to 0.5. Three will be 0.333. Four 0.25, etc.
So it's possible you've got some other bone affecting the 100% red part of the jaw, or eyes, or whatever and can't tell because blender is very fun to weight paint in.

I fixed it. Fuck painting, just assign/unasign from the vertex groups.
