I wanna get this result (3D space but looks like drawn by pencil tool/mspaint)
Preferably in After Effects + Cinema 4D Lite.
Is it possible anons? Can anyone lead me to the right direction?
Or do I need to learn Blender etc to achieve this look?

I don't know C4D Lite's specific limitations, but you can do it easily with C4D, in multiple ways.
The more straightforward way is https://help.maxon.net/c4d/s24/en-u
Turn off AA and/or render at low resolution and upscale without interpolation.

Just be bad at art and have poor color taste.
Ho and add rain, it always cover the lack of work.
